As a new business owner, we jumped head on into an unknown world of e-commerce. We made a ton of mistakes and had some amazing victories.
We celebrated our first sales within the first month of opening. We didn't expect anyone to notice our little shop. We had only dreamed of learning new digital systems in the first few months and tried to learn all we could. We knew many were suffering through inflated prices on food, gasoline and other necessities and only wished to use the time to be a better business owner. We were blown away by the love and support and were so happy to fulfill our first orders.
We met a lot of great business owners and fans of StarQuakes through TikTok and Instagram and continue to enjoy engaging with everyone. We learned so much from all of you and continue to listen for what you want, what you like and whats trending.
We got a special share of one of our AI posts and shoutout from Award Winning Tlingit artist, Jennifer Younger. Truly an epic dream-come-true for us.
Lastly, we celebrate our first customer review. We couldn't be happier that our customers LOVE our products and love us.
